All terms conditions and guarantees are covered under UK Law

We supply items for collectors, display purposes only & such items are not intended for actual wear or use. We do not guarantee the fitting of any clothing, footwear or headgear, nor their suitability for being worn.

Our Guarantee

1. Each and every item we sell is guaranteed for originality. This applies to all items big and small. Not a single item is sold by us that would not go into our own collection.

2. There is a seven day return privilege for condition of goods- items may be returned by purchaser if he/she is not satisfied with the item during the seven day inspection period. Approval for returns must be made by phone, or e-mail.

Purchaser is responsible for any and all shipping costs.

3. All items are graded as accurately as possible.

4. Any original items that have been repaired, repainted, or retouched are listed as such.

5. All of our items are exactly as described.

Forgeries and Disputes

In the event of any dispute following the sale of an item by us, only upon receipt of a written notice of the facts within 7 Days of the sale, will investigate the claim and may rescind the sale provided that:

The item is returned in the same condition as at the time of the sale;

Written proof of the forgery accompanies the item  and the buyer demonstrates to our reasonable satisfaction, that the item is a forgery;

The general opinion of scholars and experts at the time of the sale would have indicated that the item was a deliberate forgery:

Terms of Sale

The expressions ‘Gold’, ‘Silver’ or ‘Bronze’ relate to, especially in the case of Decorations, to the grade of the award or the appearance or plating finish of metal items and does not imply a solid metal content of this description unless otherwise stated.

Payments

All payments are made in ££ GB Sterling

Payments should be made using the functionality within the shopping cart and the payment gateways provided therein. UK based buyers can also pay by direct transfer to our bank account and you should email us for these details if required. 

Our Lay-away Plan

Customers who would like to purchase more expensive items, or a large volume of items, may select to use our layaway plan, and therefore agree to the following terms:

Lay-away must be authorized by e-mail.

Lay-away available for items over £500

Lay-away requires 25% of the payment upfront and the remainder within 60 days. Any extension to these are at the sole discretion of the vendor.

There are no refunds on uncompleted lay-away plans
