All items are posted using Royal Mail as the preferred supplier. Where an item is unable to be shipped using Royal Mail, typically due to size or weight constraints, we will identify an alternative shipping agent to fulfill the order. 

Shipping within the UK

Any orders received within the United Kingdom, will be posted either by recorded delivery (under £50 value) or next day special delivery (over £50 in value). This is to ensure that our buyers are fully protected by Royal Mail compensation in the unlikely event that a delivery is lost or damaged in transit. 

International Shipping

Orders received from outside UK will be shipped using one of the Royal Mail international services, unless size or weight prevents this. 

Orders under £20 will normally be sent using standard delivery, orders above this amount are sent using standard delivery at the buyer's risk. We recommend that International Tracked delivery is used for all orders above £20 to destinations outside UK.

A number of countries have unreliable postal systems. If you live in one of these we strongly recommend that you use International Tracked shipping for all orders.  

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Ownership laws also vary from county to country so please check that it is legal for you in your jurisdiction to own the items which you purchase from us. For example, it is illegal in New York State to own NYPD badges unless you are a sworn officer of that force.
