A 1920 dated Order of the Rising Sun 5th Class together with certificates for the Taisho Enthronement, the Showa Enthronement and the 1st National Census Medal. The recipient was a local government official in Hyogo Prefecture and major of Kamizaki County in 1915. His Sacred Treasure is presumably a long service award and he appears to have previously been awarded the 6th Class.
