Padded cloth and silver bullion wire cap badge as worn by army officers in dismounted full dress. The use of this badge was discontinued in 1955 but they were reintroduced in 2010 for wear with the mess dress uniform visor cap. While the design is the same as the earlier badges, the construction of this suggests it is a post 2010 piece.
