A Drago Noisiel made US Presidential Unit Citation. This is worn by those French units who have been awarded the PUC, mainly as a result of WWII or Korea. The most famous of these is probably the 3rd French Foreign Legion Infantry Regiment, who received it in WWII as the Regiment de Marche de la Legion Etrangere.
