This is a lovely group of miniature medals comprising the WWI British War Medal, Victory Medal, 1908 Indian General Service Medal, Defense Medal and WWII War Medal. The Indian General Service Medal has three bars; Afghanistan NW Frontier 1919, Waziristan 1919-21 and Waziristan 1921-24. The WWI War Medal and IGS are in silver, the two WWII medals are in cupro nickel. All are very good quality strikings with some wear to the first three from polishing. 

Nicely bar mounted, this is a group to a British officer in the Indian Army with considerable experience on the North West Frontier between the wars.
