1965-89 issue with RSR naming. 

The Order was created in 1954 in three classes to reward 15, 20 and 25 years’ blameless service in the Romanian Armed Forces. The 3rd class was bronze, the 2nd class silvered and the 1st class gilt. In 1965, when the name of the state was changed to the Romanian Socialist Republic, the letters ‘RSR’ replaced ‘RPR’. The Order was suppressed when the regime fell in 1989.

With service dress ribbon bar, some slight wear to the gilding.
