Nicely bar mounted and comprising the Medaille Militaire, Overseas Croix de Guerre with 3 citations, Volunteer Combatant Cross, Combatant Cross, Colonial Medal with Madagascar and Far East bars, Medal of French Recognition with Tunisia bar. A nice group to a veteran of Madagascar and Indochina, decorated for bravery 4 times. The Recognition Medal and the lack of a North African Maintenance of Order campaign medal suggests that whatever he did in Tunisia was of a non combatant nature.
