Named to Colour Sergeant Miles, it has the rank badges of a Colour Sergeant and the medal ribbons for Operation Telic (Iraq), 2002 Golden Jubilee, 2012 Diamond Jubilee and the Royal Air Force Long Service & Good Conduct Medal. This last ribbon suggests that the wearer was a member of the band, having transferred in via the Corps of Army Music from the RAF Band.
